We are so glad you have considered using Souers Technology and Music Services for your technology needs. My name is Dustin, and I am in charge of Technology Services for STMS. This web page will hopefully explain each of our services in more detail. We hope that you are able to choose us to meet your technological needs.  STMS provides the following services:

  • Clean-up of the virus and restoration of your programs.
• Software installation
  • Includes set-up of software along with custom configuration of the software to best suit your needs.
• Hardware installation
  • Includes physical installation as well as driver installation and update check.
• Wireless setup
  • Hardwire connection to wireless router as well as set up of wireless computers and basic security set-up.
• Consultations
  • Feeling overwhelmed by the amount of choices in the technology world? Afraid of getting sold the wrong stuff or too much/too little equipment/software/features? Let us help! We'll go with you and/or search online with you to make sure you get what you need at the right price!
• Tutoring/Lessons
  • Intimidated by the technology you already have? Want to learn more before buying more equipment? We can help! We offer lessons in groups or one on one and we also offer one time classes or continuing education.

We are a business dedicated to providing top-quality services at an affordable rate. We feel that other companies should not be charging you hundreds of dollars to set-up your computer equipment.

A couple of reminders and tips:

• All prices subject to change. Price lists have a date when they were last updated/posted.
• All software installations must be LEGAL COPIES. To view software copywright laws, click here.
• If your device is under manufacturer's warranty or an extended warranty from the store you purchased it from, we reccomend that you deal with them to sort out your problem. 
• Although our work is guaranteed, we cannot guarantee against hardware malfunctions. If our services/labor on your computer do not work or cause more problems, we will guarantee the problem is fixed or your money back. When hardware malfunctions within a manufacturer's warranty, we will assist you in fixing/replacing your device with the manufacturer. Once a device is outside of warranty, we cannot make any guarantees.
