Welcome to the STMS Music Web Page!
We are so glad you have considered using Souers Technology and Music Services for your music needs. My name is Elizabeth and I am in charge of Music Services for STMS. This web page will hopefully explain each of our services in more detail. We hope that you are able to choose us to meet your musical needs. If not, then we wish you the best of luck in your music endeavors. Don't forget to tell your friends about us. They may find a need for our music services!
Musician for Hire
I am available for hire with the following instruments: saxophone, flute, clarinet, piano, button box(instrument similar to the accordion) and bass guitar. I am also a vocalist. Sheet music is requested as much as possible to ensure the best quality performance (chord sheet acceptable for bass guitar).
My background includes the following:
- Classically trained in formal piano lessons for 10 years (but I’ve been playing piano for 17 years)
- Spent two years as the school mass pianist at my first teaching job
- Substitute pianist for my own parish of St. Francis of Assisi when our previous music director was ill
- Saxophonist for 13 years
- Floutist for 16 years
- Clarinetist for 11 years
- Button box player for 20 years
- Bass guitarist for 8 years (specialize in Christian music and Polka, but not limited to)
When it comes to church services, I am not limited to Catholic church services, although prior notice is requested when playing a non-Catholic service. I am also well versed in Contemporary Christian music.
I play non-religious music on all of my instruments as well, which includes the categories of jazz, rock and roll, country, adult contemporary, and many others. I am currently in two bands. I am a volunteer in the Cleveland Clinic Concert Band, and I am the saxophonist for the Chuch Hamilton Band (which plays oldies).

Music Transcriber
Although a music transcriber is similar to a music arranger, transcribers typically take a piece of music and rewrite it either for a different instrument (e.g. flute to alto saxophone) or simply change the key signature of the piece. All copywright laws must be observed. To view current American Copywright laws, click here. To view a price list, click here.
Music Arranger
A music arranger can do many things with a piece of music. They can create more parts when necessary, change who plays which part (similar to a transcriber), or they can split up parts among instruments (e.g. full piano part given out to different instruments). All copywright laws must be observed. To view current American Copywright laws, click here. To view a price list, click here.
Private Lessons Teacher
I offer private lessons for the following instruments: flute, clarinet and saxophone. The price for lessons is $10 per half hour. The first lesson is free if you decide to continue lessons. Otherwise the trial lesson is $5 per half hour. I also offer theory lessons/tutoring (learning how to read the music for any instrument) for $10 per half hour. My background for teaching is I have a Bachelor's in Music Education in 2006 from the University of Akron, and I am currently a general music/band/choir teacher for a public school.
